Project Description
Started around May 2026, BookedUp.ai is operating with real clinics. I developed a multi-clinic Python/Django platform connecting conversational AI to reception and scheduling workflows.
It includes structured model outputs, tool use and configurable triage and booking rules. Triage routes requests and supports reception; it does not replace clinical diagnosis.
Integrations cover GHL/LeadConnector, WhatsApp templates and delivery states, OAuth, signed webhooks, Twilio and ElevenLabs. Browser automation and the Booky Windows agent connect existing practice-management software. Scheduling operations are checked in the target system.
Permissions, audit trails, persistent queues, concurrency control, deduplication and recovery from uncertain outcomes are built into the workflows. Connectors and channels are configured per clinic; not every connector is enabled at every site.
