Project Description
I started Urgencias Hogar on 19 April 2026. The production platform turns assistance conversations into operational workflows: receiving a request, collecting relevant information and routing it to professionals.
It integrates Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, language-model conversation logic and workflows with human intervention, message tracking and delivery states. My work connects backend development and external services to the real service process.
